3 rounds: 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats; lunges, inch worms, etc. across the gym
Strength
Strict press, 3-3-3-3
(35) 45-55-60-65 (failed at 2, but still a PR)
Push press, 2-2-2-2

The last two sets felt heavy but strong. I’m going for 85 next time.
Metcon
For reps:
2 minutes burpee pull-ups (I stepped up)
1 minute pull-ups
1 minute rest
2 minutes row (for calories)
1 minute air squats
1 minute rest
2 minutes burpees
Reps: 120
So glad today’s workout wasn’t brutal. Enough to work up a sweat but not enough to kill me.
Time for a day of putting away laundry, then all the relaxation.
