Hooray! A successful last day of No Fail Fall, week 2. I hit my goal 6 out of 7 days, and for most of those I got well over 10,000 steps. I hit almost 87,000 for the week! It was nice to be so consistent and avoid days of feeling like a complete slug.
Such a good Sunday. Bagels, marathon spectating, delicious dinner (a chicken and rice concoction I’ll share later), pumpkin cheesecake, chocolate mint tea, reading a fantastic book with Scott and lots of snuggles.
My alarm is set for 6:30. Time to get back to my morning person routine. I miss it.
