I woke up at 8. I feel like this deserves a medal. If you haven’t been paying attention, I’ve become seriously bad at waking at up a decent hour. 

Every time I make good salads I wonder why we don’t have them at least once a week. Salt and peppering the greens and making sure I’ve got something crunchy, some sweet and something creamy/fatty are key for me. 

Today I realized I haven’t been been to CrossFit since Friday. I’m kind of embarrassed and definitely annoyed by how much grief this burn has caused. I skipped yesterday because basically every movement involved hanging from a bar or holding a kettlebell. I signed up for class tonight at 6:30, and clean and jerks are on the menu. 

I’ve been shockingly productive today. Scott and I are going to grab coffee, and then the hard work will continue.
